I potentially have a two year old black and rust male for sale who is an excellent working prospect. He has been worked with some of the top trainers and decoys and has had rave reviews. Hips and elbows are currently pending and is vWD Carrier. He will only be sold to a proven working home!
If you may be interested please contact me for more information. I will provide contact information for trainers and decoy who have worked him and reason he is for sale.

I took the Mighty Mo and Frodo to the Baltimore DPCA’s CGC and WAC, held on the WAG’s trial grounds. The WAG group did an excellent job putting on the event and it was well attended.
I am happy to report that Frodo earned his CGC along with his mother
It was fun to take them both through and see how mother and son both reacted. Cosmo thought it was a walk in the park and did some lovely healing, sit, platz, and recall for me. Frodo was very relaxed and did everything I asked of him!! I was so proud considering I have done very limited obedience with him. I can’t remember the last time I asked him to platz!! When I asked him to platz, he acted like he knew what I wanted and plopped to the ground. He is such a good boy… and he also got accused of bribing the judge when he licked her ear during the grooming session
Also a huge congratulation to Zelda for earning her WAC which now makes her a ROM along with Kate for earning her WAC!!
It was nice to see many of my old friends and spend the day training and with the dogs!

Quick update on the Snipsie girl. She has been improving this week and hopefully we are out of the dark for a bit. After taking her to U-PENN, it was discovered that she had a fever and she was starting to stumble around. She was seen by their cardiologist, neurologist, other doctors, and was given a complete exam, EKG, chest x-ray, and blood work up. It was determined her WBCs were low along with platelets, but fortunately her kidney and liver values were within normal levels. She also had increased pulmonary edema and a tick was found on her. We had her tested for a multitude of tick related illnesses and everything came back negative.
The cardiologist figured her cardio was exasperated by what ever infection/illness she had and the combination of the two probably explained her weakness and stumbling.
With only a few options left, we opted to try her on some antibiotics for a couple days to see if she responded along with a few changes in her cardiac meds. If she did not improve, we planned on bringing her in for an abdominal ultrasound to see if there is something we are over looking.
We are four days out from her visit to U-PENN and she is getting back to her normal self. Fingers crossed she remains healthy for awhile.

Say a prayer for Snipsie
I thought she was not acting her normal perky self this weekend and sure enough she started that dreaded cough last night. It amazes me how quickly this cardio comes on.
It started out as a couple of coughs, but by 3 a.m. it was non-stop. Since the coughing is more than likely due to pulmonary edema, I decided to go ahead and give her another dose of her lasix to get her through the night. I also got a big pillow and propped it under her front half to keep her more upright. I know this works in people… at least they prefer sleeping in recliners versus laying flat. The combination seemed to work and I only heard a couple of coughs the rest of the night.
Now I’m waiting to call the Cardiologist at U-PENN.
